I had a lovely time at Hotel De Nell. the location was superb, nestled in a quiet yet vibrant neighborhood. The staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. On the downside, my first room was somewhat small. and I did experience some noise issues from nearby construction early in the morning.
